This condo is located in Jetty East, at the end of Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin. Jetty East is a gated community with lots of amenities and private beach for you to call home for a few days every year. This condo has 2 oversized balconies for you to enjoy during your stay, both overlooking the pool, beach, and Gulf of Mexico. - This unit is managed individually by Natalie, not through Jetty East rental office. There is a rental desk on site, but for your convenience, you will not have to check in at this desk. You can go directly to your room with your custom code sent to you just before check in. If you do stop by the front desk they will simply direct you to reach out to Natalie. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for help! - The towel exchange is not for guests of this condo. Your towels and linens are only used for this unit. You will have enough for each guest in your party and you are free to wash them inside the unit as often as you like! You are also welcome to use the community washers and dryers located on the 5th floor. - Common area amenities are free for you to enjoy. Although we are not responsible for these amenities, if any common area amenities aren't in working order upon your arrival, please let us know and we will speak to the staff and try and get some answers for you. - You will be allowed up to 3 parking spots. First come, first served. No reserved parking places for each unit. Please avoid parking in the spots marked “reserved for owners”. Upon arrival on your first day, you will get your parking passes from the guard on duty at the front gate. - Complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella are available for you to use every day of your stay from March through October. You will simply see the beach attendant at the end of the boardwalk and tell them you are in unit 605. We have paid for this service for you but if you would like to purchase additional daily rentals the attendant will be able to help you with that as well. Chair location is first come, first served. - Owner/Management retains the right to enter the condo as needed for noise or disturbance complaints. - Pest control is completed quarterly inside each unit. If this occurs during your stay we will do our best to notify you before entry and will conduct the service as quickly as possible. Guests must be at least 24 years of age to book.
