Paradise Palms 605 is located in Jetty East, at the end of Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin. Jetty East is a gated community with lots of amenities and private beach for you to call home for a few days every year. Paradise Palms 605 has 2 oversized balconies for you to enjoy during your stay, both overlooking the pool, beach, and Gulf of Mexico. - This unit is managed individually by Natalie, not through Jetty East rental office. There is a rental desk on site, but for your convenience, you will not have to check in at this desk. You can go directly to your room with your custom code sent to you just before check in. If you do stop by the front desk they will simply direct you to reach out to Natalie. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for help! - The towel exchange is not for guests of Paradise Palms 605. Your towels and linens are only used for this unit. You will have enough for each guest in your party and you are free to wash them inside the unit as often as you like! You are also welcome to use the community washers and dryers located on the 5th floor. - Common area amenities are free for you to enjoy. Although we are not responsible for these amenities, if any common area amenities aren't in working order upon your arrival, please let us know and we will speak to the staff and try and get some answers for you. - You will be allowed up to 3 parking spots. First come, first served. No reserved parking places for each unit. Please avoid parking in the spots marked “reserved for owners”. Upon arrival on your first day, you will get your parking passes from the guard on duty at the front gate. - Complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella are available for you to use every day of your stay from March through October. You will simply see the beach attendant at the end of the boardwalk and tell them you are in unit 605. We have paid for this service for you but if you would like to purchase additional daily rentals the attendant will be able to help you with that as well. Chair location is first come, first served. - Owner/Management retains the right to enter the condo as needed for noise or disturbance complaints. - Pest control is completed quarterly inside each unit. If this occurs during your stay we will do our best to notify you before entry and will conduct the service as quickly as possible.

This is the perfect spot for a girls trips or family getaway!! Natalie’s condo was very spacious with a great beach view!! We booked a stay here for a bachelorette trip and we were not disappointed with the amount of bedrooms and mirrors! Natalie was super friendly and attentive when we had questions. I would totally book another stay with her and recommend her to anyone wanting a beautiful location close to all the fun activities in Destin!!

Everything was excellent, just 2 things that seemed strange to me: 1 - we had to take out all the trash before leaving. In other reservations I've had, I've never had to take out the trash. It's only left picked up but we don't have to throw it away. 2 - the code for the lock didn't work the day we left. Nataly was very kind and answered, but it was something very strange. Otherwise, everything was perfect, very nice and clean, toiletries that you wouldn't expect to find, and access to everything is very easy and close. Kos is a delight for the stay.

We loved our stay at Natalie’s condo! The place was beautiful and had amazing touches to help guests feel accommodated, including a coffee station and items such as a whole roll of trash bags, toothbrushes, pony tail holders, etc. Natalie was very responsive and even send us some treats when the batteries in her lock started going out and needed to be replaced! Everything was super easy and the condo was clean. We loved having three parking spots and also loved the pool/hot tub. We’d love to stay again!

the pictures do not do the condo justice! it is even more beautiful inside. i love how thoughtful natalie was by including toiletries that one may forget! natalie was also very responsive and just an amazing host overall!

Natalie’s condo was perfect for our girl’s trip! We had the perfect amount of room and a short walk to the beach. She was an excellent host with quick responses to any questions we had. We also really enjoyed all the extra things she provided in the condo- a bathroom stocked with toiletries, a kitchen stocked with dishes and dishwashing liquid, and extra beach towels for our use. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

All 7 of our party had a great time! We had plenty of space for all 7 of us. Everything we needed was included. Loved the little touches like the floor mats on each side of the beds so your feet don’t get cold and the wireless chargers on the bedsides. The location was convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access. The best part was the view. It’s amazing!! We would definitely stay again!

Another fantastic stay at Natalie's place! We enjoyed it so much last year, we rebooked and still think as highly of the property as we did during our first stay. Beach views are better than the pictures. The condo is extremely clean and has all the right amenities without any clutter. Perfect space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids 11&9) + grandmother. The heated pool and hot tub are large and easy to flip/flop with the beach if the days are too cold to jump in the ocean. We used the community grills a few nights without issue or wait (there are about 15 of them). Once again, 5 stars and would highly recommend Natalie's place!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This place has everything you need and more. It's clean, layout is great and not cluttered. The host is very friendly and responsive. Love the games provided. The provided beach chair rental was great too, it was so nice not to have to worry about it and just give our room number. Beautiful beach. my husband and I came by ourselves this time to check the place out. I can't wait to bring the kids back.
